Yes, there is no maintainer for Anjuta in Fedora Extras at the moment. See:

http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Extras/OrphanedPackages

Feel free to take over :)

If you're just looking for a nice IDE, try KDevelop or Eclipse which
are both in Core.
