Right!  Running ausearch, without "-m avc" which has become a bit of a
habit, revealed the reason.

Indeed, it complains about invalid context
unconfined_u:unconfined_r:netid_t:s0-s0:c0.c1023

Thanks a lot!  Now I can continue my experimentation.
