Each copr contains the srpms. If you have one installed and
enabled you can pull up the baseurl and browse to the srpm.
One way to do it:

  $ sudo dnf repolist -v copr:copr.fedorainfracloud.org:tmz:git |
    grep baseurl
  Repo-baseurl       : https://download.copr.fedorainfracloud.org/results/tmz/git/fedora-38-x86_64/

Within the repo there will be a directory like 06337727-git
(this is the build id and the source package name). The
.src.rpm is there.

You can browse all of the builds for a given copr from the
Builds tab on the main page of each copr, e.g.:

    https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/tmz/git/builds/

An alternative, if you just want to view the spec file
quickly is to use the Dist Git Repo on the "Packages" tab of
each project. That allows you to view a git repo which
contains an import of each srpm.
