Well, it seems related to udisks2.

What processes are running at pids 1942 and 944?

Shot in the dark....after reading a few, scattered google hits, what happens if you change

UUID=c1df25d9-4c89-43a5-886d-3bbbf8513b22  to the actual partition definition?
