Installing F28 on a laptop that is running unmodified F25 as first released, results \
in this, as reported:

package:        setroubleshoot-3.3.17-1.fc28
reason:         proxy.py:47:get:GLib.GError: g-dbus-error-quark: \
GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.TimedOut: Failed to activate service \
'org.fedoraproject.Setroubleshootd': timed out (service_start_timeout=25000ms) (20)
