Although having a WMV that is just audio is unusual, if you're a KDE user, I 
would suggest searching KDE-Apps for "AudioKonverter".  It's an Action menu 
for Konqueror that does conversions between different audio file types 
(mainly Ogg Vorbis, MP3, Wav and Flac)...
