Not Windows 95, sure, but the Windows world moves at a much slower pace
than Fedora, especially among non-technical users.  Windows 7 and 8 are
still out there.  Even XP.

That's why I consider the 32-bit MSVCRT binary the primary release of
my Windows software:  I can be sure it'll run on whatever ancient system 
it might end up on.
