   Can someone point me to some free software for building web pages?
Last time I looked there was only a tcl/tk program that was pretty buggy
and abandoned to boot.
   I'll try to make a tenative layout (no graphics) for the web site, and
put it in CVS (if you don't know anything about CVS, I can help you out
getting it and using it - it's for coordinating multiple writers on a set
of text files, usually code, but it works for any text).  Hopefully we can
get the ball rolling.
