I saw in a recent (yesterday) set of submissions that the KingOracle provider
is now built against the Oracle 11_2 Instant client libraries.

Previously there was discussion on which client libs were stable and
supported.
Will 11_2 be required for KingOra 0.8.20 and above or are the link libraries
and the end-user client independant in any way?
