All,

FDO RFC 48 provides some utility methods to check polygon vertex order and =
fix polygon vertex order errors. However, what action should be taken when =
copying a polygon from one feature source to another feature source isn't a=
ddressed in this RFC.

I add one addendum for FDO RFC 48 to address it. Can you review it?
