thanks for looking into this. I'm sorry for the late reply, I've been
rather busy lately...

I've filed a bug for this [1] and attached the file to it.

I'm a bit worried the choice of files may end up offending people, but
I can't think of any obvious solution to this.

I don't know whether we've been shipping any glibc packages containing
the same files (as debian did up until sarge) but we may need additional
RREPLACES. We definitely need them for the corresponding opie timezone
packages.
