Mea culpa. Those keyboards don't do IrDA, they just act like serial devices.
I've restored the code to allow STUART to be used with these kinds of devices
in h2200.c rev 1.40 and hx4700.c rev 1.61.

Note that for real IrDA the pxaficp_ir method is still preferred:

    modprobe pxaficp_ir
    irattach irda0 -s
