Hello,

On IRC Jamey hinted that it might be nice to split the feeds by locale 
and include some sane defaults in the images (say en,de and fr). using 
a descriptive path would ease the addition of extra locales : 
handhelds.org/familiar/v0.8.1/feeds/base/en/ or en/base .
On a related note: I currently use 
http://handhelds.org/~koen/ipkg-split-feeds-koen to split the feeds 
into base/gpe/opie, but it relies on a hack in ipkg.py to stop the 
appending of the arch to the package name. Anybody interested in 
adapting the script to work with a standard ipkg.py?
