Er, not realy 2280 hours, but 2280 minutes... 39 hours for just the HTML.
If you are sending also images of roughly equal size then you're looking at
40 hours of send time -- approximately 2 full days.  Now, that's assuming
you get a full 128Kb out of your leased line.  That's, in my expeience,
rarely the case on the internet, so who knows how long it will take overall.

Do you realize the total bandwidth that's required to run this?  For just
103Kb of HTML (not including the images, I guess) you're asking qmail to
send 17,510,000Kb or 17.5Gb (!) of data.  Over a 128Kb line, this would take
at best 2280 hours(!) or 95 days.

Your problem is you don't have enough bandwith to be spamming.

I have install a standard Qmail and Ezmlm-idx with 128Kb Leased line, and
set concurrencyremote to 255. I have 170K email in the mailing list.

I have sent out a 106Kb HTML email with images 3 days ago and it is still
going... thats a very long, is it ezmlm issue or qmail? Can it be improved?
How can I better calculate to approximate time for a mail blast?
