To retain the CC/TO checks, use the `-T' flag to ezmlm-reject and put
a line before it that would check the allowed listaddresses in To/Cc:

|bouncesaying 'The list address must be in To: or Cc: .' except iftocc
list@domain.nl list@domain.com  # on one line  
|/usr/bin/ezmlm-reject -T DIR

Do not allow subscribes to other addresses.
