I don't think there's all THAT much that would help, really - the amount of new
added features between UCI MH 6.8 and nmh 1.1.1 isn't THAT great, and in a lot
of places, it's not worth calling nmh when we can do it in Tcl code because the
whole pipe/fork/exec thing is rather heavyweight.

As Chris mentions, the only obvious place we could easily get a Big Win would
be reworking the MIME-build support to use mnbuild.  But if you know of
anything else, feel free to suggest it and maybe somebody will get ambitious..
