A small patch this morning to do two things:

1) fix a bug whereby it wouldn't properly initialize variables if you didn't 
   have the sedit pgp password enabled 
2) make it 'per-message' rather than 'per-window' by reinitializing the 
   per-window variables when opening.  This seems much more intuitive
