no it's not.  it's illegal for the local-part of an address to
either begin or end with '.' or to have multiple '.'s in sequence.
See RFC 822.

the fact that some mailers are overly permissive does not make this
a legal address.

get rid of the trailing '.' after "UserZ" and this should work fine.
