That's not the problem or the fix anyway.  With or without send listed in
tclIndex, the first inline HTML message causes exmh to bloat from 12M to 36M.
This is on a Sparc-20, Solaris 2.6, exmh-2.0.2, and tcl/tk v8.0.3.
