	I have written a PGP/MIME utility called Mapil that lets
non-PGP/MIME aware mailers handle these messages.  Although exmh can
handle PGP/MIME messages, it doesn't support PGP 5.0.  There are also
some extra features in Mapil like a policies file that lets a user
automatically encrypt mail to certain users, sign mail to others, etc.

	There is some .tcl code and detailed exmh instructions in the
distribution.  Mapil is, for now, a text application, and you can use
it with MH as well as exmh.  For more information or to download, see
