i have tkispell working with 1.6.4 now
about 5 lines of changes to extrasInit.tcl (to add the option to the 
preferences dialog) and seditExtras.tcl to "do the right thing" when spell is 
invoked
i use 7.3/3.6 at work; so i'll take the changes home with me tonight and get 
them working with 7.5/4.1
i'll post the changes to brent tonight
