No, people who purport to implement DKIM without reading the spec
break mailing lists. The DKIM spec is super crystal clear that an
invalid or broken DKIM signature is equivalent to no signature.

If you are rejecting mail due to broken DKIM signatures, on mailing
lists or anything else, you are doing it wrong.

PS: DMARC, on the other hand, really does break mailing lists, but that's not the same thing.
