Won't work, I'm afraid.  Dependencies are in the rpm database and are
not necessarily related to reality.

On FC3 /etc/aliases is provided by the setup package - I think this has
changed since FC1. Your best bet is to build the package up yourself
without having that requirement since no-one is really doing anything
with FC1 now (its out of maintenance).
