I've updated Evolution to 3.18.5 but I'm still having problems with
contacts - both contact images and accessing online (Office 365) address
lists.

I have made some progress in that I noticed there is an option under the
'Automatic contacts' prefs to sync contact info and images with Pidgin. By
syncing that with 'Skype for Business Contacts', all of my contacts within
that address book have images displayed now.

Milan - did you say you have to enable the offline address book to enable
contact images? I've tried enabling and disabling the offline address book
but its not made any difference for me.

I'm not sure my online Office 365 address book has ever actually worked. It
must've at least partly worked at one time because my Offline GAL is fully
populated but I don't think that will ever get updated because searching
Contacts, GAL contacts and Organizational Contacts etc doesn't return
anything.

I don't see any documentation for syncing Evolution with Office 365 or
Exchange address books at
https://help.gnome.org/users/evolution/stable/contacts-organizing.html.en

Thanks
