You are, of course, correct. These are directories and inside each
directory are two files: addressbook.db and addressbook.db.summary.

But I do not have 58 addressbooks! At the moment I only have one. And
how can I tell which directory belongs to which addressbook? I ask this
because I lost some addressbooks in a backup process and would like to
try and rescue them. And what is the difference between what is stored
in the directories I have mentioned above and the System directory?
