Most of these log entries just look like normal warnings that you'll see 
before the volumes have been activated. You don't need to be concerned about 
these unless your volumes don't get activated after boot-up.

This is just the OpenGFS fsim looking for the OpenGFS tools and not finding 
them. Thus, you won't be able to do anything meaningful with the OpenGFS 
plugin, which most likely isn't a problem for you.

Just normal warning messages that occur before the volumes are all activated.

More normal warnings. Nothing's active at this point, so the engine gets 
errors back from the kernel when it tried to get status about the various 
devices.

Ditto.

If you run evms manually after boot-up, I'll bet most of these warning entries 
in the log will go away.
