Being that the old evmsn code hasn't had feature changes in about a year
now and the new evmsn code is the primary text mode UI comparable to the
evmsgui, I went ahead and removed the evmsn-old source and moved the
ui/ncurses2 files into ui/ncurses and removed the ui/ncurses2 directory
from CVS.

So, if you pull updates from CVS today, do the following to build
cleanly:

make distclean
cvs update -dP
autoconf
./configure
make
make install
