The EVMS MD minimum and maximum recovery speeds can be queried and set
through /proc/sys/dev/evms/md/speed_limit_min and
/proc/sys/dev/evms/md/speed_limit_max.





For example, "cat /proc/sys/dev/evms/md/speed_limit_max" will display the
current maximum recovery speed. "echo 100000 >
/proc/sys/dev/evms/md/speed_limit_min" will set the minimum speed to
100000.
