I checked in the initial drop of the evmsgui into the
engine/UserInterfaces directory. It currently has only support for
viewing some information on the different EVMS "things". Some panels
will be changing next week though.

 I also updated the relevant autoconf files (configure.in, aclocal.m4,
and make.rules.in) to allow building it. There are additional evmsgui
related options for glib and gtk for the configure script but I doubt
anyone needs them but are standard fare for GTK apps.

The default setting for --with-interfaces will attempt to build the
LvmUtils and the evmsgui. In case you don't have glib or gtk or they are
older than version 1.2.0 then you should get a warning indicating the
GTK frontend won't be built. If you don't want the evmsgui or the
LvmUtils getting built then configure using the option
--with-interfaces=none
