What is your opinion (and others on the mailing list) regarding the
definition of "severe" ?   Is it log_severity of LOG_EMERG only, or
should
events with severity of EMERG, ALERT, and CRIT be considered severe in
this context ?

BTW...thanks for your answers on my questions.  Those details are very
helpful.
