Capture on Ethernet, not FDDI.

Unfortunately, the TCP Graphs code is currently doing its own parsing of 
link-layer headers, and doesn't handle FDDI.  It really needs to be 
converted to use the "tap" mechanism, in which case it would be able to 
handle all link layers.
