Hello,

I am trying to compile Ethereal with plugins (but without pcap) under
Cygwin. The make fails with errors multiple definition of
_plugin_reg_handoff in the plugins directories.

I've seen postings about compiling plugins but the discussion is beyond my
knowledge of the environment. What's the latest for compiling plugins under
Cygwin?
