I just merged the AODV6 dissection code into the AODV dissector, as
AODV6 just appears to be an addition to AODV, and as they're both using
the same UDP port.  The next release will have no "AODV6" dissector,
it'll just have an AODV dissector that handles both v4 and v6 AODV.
