Hi,

I use linux and for a long time I use XEmacs+ESS. Now I use
Emacs-snapshot-gtk. This interface is much more modern than XEmacs. It have
some problems with fonts. XEmacs uses all my system fonts, including the TT
fonts. Emacs have only a 3 kinds of fonts, this is very limited.

My sensation is that GNU Emacs has more development's activity than XEmacs.
