Ok, till now, the only subcriber to 'ESS-bugs' has been
ESS-core; after a short consultation with the core group,
we are welcoming you to ESS-bugs
(please initiate another subscription request which I'll then approve)
and looking forward to you getting envolved with ESS
development.

once you're subscribed there.
