Hi Janak,
Hope you're doing well. Can you please help me to figure out how can I
enforce a policy for users :

   1.  to restrict data usage (form data-plan). ie. for example, if they're
   allotted to use 100 MBs per month, how can we make sure that they're not
   finished that amount within 1st 10 days or so?And if the data is 80%
   finished then Admin will get notification from that device.
   2. How to restrict users to visit some specific web-page? eg. you-tube
