Hi Udara,

IMO if we are give gadget rearranging support in both screens, it will
confuse the user. And technically we have to sync the arrangements in both
places. So what I think is we can separate these two features depends on
the persona/user-type. Dashboard designing is an administrative/managing
task. So dashboard designer should enables only to that type of users. And
the users who has view only permission can have the features that supports
on dashboard view level. I think it will have better user experience as
well as less confusions. So we don't have to worry about the namings in
that case.

Then we can simply have an "Edit" button to enable the dashboard view
editing. And for users with dashboard designing permission can have a link
to "Dashboard Designer" WDYT?
