Hi Samisa,

I am afraid you will have to build Apache Synapse before the ESB :-( . I 
am planing to put a nightly build to upload the SNAPSHOT artifacts of 
synapse to the maven repos, till then you have to build synapse first. 
Any way it is good to build Synapse first because ESB has a very tight 
dependency on Synapse.
