Description:
The Change object now holds both the ObVec and the TnVec. This way
the conversion to using the truenames can be done piecemeal, which
makes things a lot easier (thanks Shap). The Change object is
currently serialized/deserialized exactly as it is in the mainline,
but this will eventually change. I pulled back some of my original
changes to start using the stored objects again, because they were
causing problems.

The test suite passes now, which is nice.

The server needs to be modified before anything really useful
comes from these changes.
