Subject:    [EROS-Arch] resume key subtypes

At the moment, the EROS resume key uses the subtype field to distinguish
resume keys from fault keys.

To simplify some code, I'm contemplating moving this information from
the subtype field to the key info field.

Anybody see a reason to continue holding the resume key's key info field
available for future use?
