~/.enlightenment is the 0.16.7 config area
~/.e16 is the new.

also, menus are now in a subdirectory
~/.e16/menus area

copy menu files from ~/.enlightenment to ~/.e16/menus

also some editing may be required to set correct menu paths to
menus/menuname

see the README.Migrating file for more info.
