This is bad, bad... the code was not like that to do what you say is
now useless, but to have the window up & running as soon as possible.
As in computer the more work you do, the more time you take, then
you're delaying the window.

Please revert that patch, leave the initial timeout so we will always
have quick startup, no matter what webkit and others do.
