    I'm trying to pretty-text-dump pages with nicely formatting css,
    including centered text. My problem boils down to the following
    snippet:<br>

    <pre>  &lt;head&gt;</pre>
    <pre>    &lt;style type="text/css"&gt;</pre>
    <pre>       p {text-align: justify; }</pre>
    <pre>       .center {text-align: center; }</pre>
    <pre>    &lt;/style&gt;</pre>
    <pre>  &lt;/head&gt;</pre>
    <pre>  &lt;body&gt;</pre>
    <pre>    &lt;p class="center"&gt;1. This is centered&lt;/p&gt;</pre>
    <pre>    &lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;2. And this one&lt;br/&gt;is \
centered too&lt;/p&gt;</pre>  <pre>    &lt;p class="center"&gt;3. But also this one \
should,&lt;br/&gt;and comes not.&lt;/p&gt;</pre>  <pre>  &lt;/body&gt;</pre>

    <p>In FF, Chrome, 1,2,3 are displayed as centered; in elinks 3 is
      left-aligned (it would be centered if I either omitted the css for
      p or the internal &lt;br/&gt;). Bug or feature, and why? ELinks
      0.12pre6, package-installed in ubuntu 13.10.</p>
