Sorry but the patch has no effect here, the plaintext documents are still
displayed formatted as html inside of a frame.

About WTD dialog, I'm not sure what you mean.. we should always stay inside of a
frame IMHO. We just need to do the classic ses_chktype() processing even for
in-frame documents. This involves also some mechanism for building a queue of
wtd dialogs to display.
