Hey all

Have somebody ever tried to set 82599 to work in 1000baseT
mode? Also I found the auto-negotiation is always off.

I have tried this using both 2.0.44.14-NAPI and latest driver of
ixgbe-2.0.72.4, both of them failed. Pls check the following logs.

    Thanks

root@localhost:~# ethtool fabric1
