if you are using v1.3x, then it should be found under the "mode" menu.  
in v1.2 there was a seperate icon in the start menu folder to start it 
with advanced features.  if you're using v1.2 you need to upgrade as it 
is not updated anymore with new definitions.

- adaware
- spywareblaster
- microsoft antispyware
- mozilla firefox
- avant browser with ad removal turned on when internet explorer is 
required (windows udpate...)
- latest patches from microsoft
- not surfing untrusted sites
- avoiding p2p apps
- staying "awake" at the keyboard

that's what i use, works great.  :)
