Hi! Guys, thank you all for your prompt response. I'll try to provide you
with as much as information about my prob.

Is there a reason why your themes and modules are not located in
/sites/all/themes and /sites/all/modules or in /sites/Site_Name/themes and
/sites/Site_Name/modules?
Sam

--> Hi! Sam. I actually don't have an idea. I just overtake the task of
maintaining Drupal but I'm relatively new to this. However, the custom theme
and modules are located in /sites/Site_Name/themes and
/sites/Site_Name/modules respectively. I can also see
/sites/Site_Name/settings.php there.

I am guessing your test site isn't using the hostname www.oursite.com.
Try renaming the directory www.oursite.com to whatever hostname you are
using to access the site - such as mytest.site
You may also need to clear your cache tables.
Dave

--> Hi! Dave. I've already cleared cache and I'm using other name but it's
still cannot see the custom theme and modules.

=====

When I set up a local dev site for a domain-specific site, I often
just create a sym link at sites/default to point to
sites/www.oursite.com. It's a simple solution to this issue.

If you can't do that for some reason, you'll need to set up a vhost
with the domain www.oursite.com.dev-server-domain.com

All the Best,

Matt Chapman
Ninjitsu Web Development

--> Hi! Matt. I think we'll have to try that. =)

Guys, as of this writing, I still cannot see our theme in the themes list
and I have the following errors on homepage now:

    * warning: array_map() [function.array-map]: Argument #2 should be an
array in /home/_/public_html/testsite/modules/system/system.module on line
1015.
    * warning: array_keys() [function.array-keys]: The first argument should
be an array in /home/_/public_html/testsite/includes/theme.inc on line 1817.
    * warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in
/home/_/public_html/test/includes/theme.inc on line 1817.

additional help will be really really appreciated. Thank you so much again!

When I set up a local dev site for a domain-specific site, I often<br>
just create a sym link at sites/default to point to<br>
sites/<a href="http://www.oursite.com" target="_blank">www.oursite.com</a>. It&#39;s \
a simple solution to this issue.<br> <br>
If you can&#39;t do that for some reason, you&#39;ll need to set up a vhost<br>
with the domain <a href="http://www.oursite.com.dev-server-domain.com" \
target="_blank">www.oursite.com.dev-server-domain.com</a><br> <br>
All the Best,<br>

&gt;&gt; Hi! Experts!<br>
&gt;&gt;<br>
&gt;&gt; I just want to ask your insights/known solution about my issue on the<br>
&gt;&gt; test site I created. I actually used our live site&#39;s database and<br>
&gt;&gt; files on the test site I created.<br>
&gt;&gt; Our custom theme is located here - sites/<a \
href="http://www.oursite.com/themes" target="_blank">www.oursite.com/themes</a>. \
We<br> &gt;&gt; also have custom modules save under that folder but the theme and<br>
&gt;&gt; modules are not showing in Drupal admin.<br>
&gt;&gt; I&#39;ve visited several forums but i can&#39;t find the answer. Anyone \
who<br> &gt;&gt; has an idea? Can it be a compatibility issue since our live site \
is<br> &gt;&gt; hosted in private hosting and has different system configuration? \
The<br> &gt;&gt; test site is installed in Shared Hosting. Or the settings.php \
located<br> &gt;&gt; here - sites/<a href="http://www.oursite.com/settings.php" \
target="_blank">www.oursite.com/settings.php</a>. I&#39;m now clueless. Any<br> \
&gt;&gt; thoughts or help from you guys will be really a big help!<br> &gt;<br>
&gt; I am guessing your test site isn&#39;t using the hostname <a \
href="http://www.oursite.com" target="_blank">www.oursite.com</a>.<br> &gt; Try \
renaming the directory <a href="http://www.oursite.com" \
target="_blank">www.oursite.com</a> to whatever hostname you are<br> &gt; using to \
access the site - such as mytest.site<br> &gt;<br>
&gt; You may also need to clear your cache tables.<br>
&gt;<br>
&gt; Cheers<br>
&gt;<br>
&gt; Dave<br>
