So my latest push in my branch on github I assumed we have a embedded schema type \
(I'm imagining we pre-define this proto and load that), and using the DescriptorProto \
to write the proto definition out.

Also added more tests and fixed some issues found around ScanJson.

Please review it when someone has time, and let me know what's next steps for \
ScanJson or PhysicalPlan related.

Or else I can help define more logical operators as that seems straight forward.
