its a gcc 2.95 bug with resolving "##arg" when "arg" is empty.
then it not only strips "," but even the word prior to that comma.
it only affects files that do come in source (firegl_public.h, make.sh).
in make.sh please only change lines with leading "+"
and watch out for that _tricky_ wrapped line.
thats solved and sheduled for integration into next driver release.
