Summary: mga dual-head fatal server error

Details: While trying to start the mgadh-0-0-3-branch with +xinerama, the server dies \
with a signal 4 error. I've done everything according to the instructions and \
received the mgaHALlib.a file from Matrox so that everything would compile and work, \
but it dies.  everything looks like it loads. There is one error to note:

I have the full log and the XF86Config file I was using if needed. NOTE: it would be \
nice if SF could have some sort of attachment mechanism like the *.themes.org sites \
so that all these files could be attached to bug reports.
